We
are happy to provide a free health check on current employment
contracts. Simply send us
a copy of your standard contract and we will contact you to discuss
our views and a quote for any work that may be necessary. Many Tribunal claims are lost due to poor procedures - it is
worth ensuring that contracts are properly drafted and take into
account changes in the law.
In-house
training is provided on all aspects of employment law - tailored to
the needs and procedures of the individual company. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Occasional training days open to individual delegates are held
in and around York - please ask.
Work
is charged for at an agreed hourly rate or, by agreement, on a fixed
fee basis. As a small specialist practice, we are able to charge competitive rates.
