The firm is
run by solicitor Lydia Paish, who has specialised in employment law
for over ten years.
Lydia is a
member of the Employment Lawyers' Association. Before moving to York in 1999 she practised in the employment
law departments of major commercial law firms in Cambridge and
Birmingham. An Oxford
graduate, she originally trained with a top ten City of London law
firm.
Lydia has
advised large and small companies in a variety of sectors, including
retail, higher education and schools, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals,
construction and healthcare.
Individual
clients range from company directors and senior managers to doctors,
teachers and retail and factory workers.
